Two sets of clean ups:

  1. Remove the configuration options that are no longer used (masking outside of the standardizer, loading times for a separate file, loading PSFs from a separate file).
  2. Update the KBMODv0_5 standardizer to handle the data from the original deccam runs. This means extracting a few additional fields from the header.
